What's on my Bookshelf
Many of us find a little more time to read during the summer. I’m not sure if it’s the longer days or a little more vacation time that encourages one to read more. For most months, reading one book a month is my goal. In July I like to read 2-3 books. Browse over the list of books that I highly recommend reading!
Current Read
For the month of July, I’m reading A Burning by Megha Majumdar. The book was just released in June of 2020. The book takes place in India, where three characters’ lives become intertwined through politics and tragedy. This is the debut novel by Majumdar.

Other Recommendations
I Will Teach You to be Rich by Ramit Sethi - I’m hoping this will be my seance book to read in July.
I’m Still Here: Black Dignity in a World Made for Whiteness by Austin Channing Brown - I read this book in June and thought it was informative and well worth reading.
Put a little time aside this month and spend time reading. You’ll love it! Don’t forget you can also listen to books on Audible if that works better for your life.
