Summer Solstice Celebration
I love celebrating the little things and the summer solstice is definitely a day that has made the list! Saturday, June 20th is the summer solstice and I recommend making the most of the longest day of the year.
Check out the list of things for you to do to celebrate the summer solstice.
Start the day of with yoga. Stream a class from your local studio or download an app to kick your day off with some exercise.
Make a summer bucket list that includes all that you want to do throughout the summer. This could be checking out local spots or making new recipes at home. Don’t forget to include the little things that end up making summer so memorable.
Order takeout from a local restaurant and dine alfresco in your backyard.
Make s’mores. This is my all time favorite summer dessert.
Start making those summer plans that you just haven’t made yet. Stay close to home and discover new areas or start mapping out that road trip you have been wanting to take. I highly suggest making time to visit a national park that is in your state.
While we are still dealing with a pandemic, you can still enjoy the official start of summer! Be safe, stay healthy and have fun making 2020 a memorable summer!
