Good Eats - Bozeman, Montana

When it comes to vacations and eating, I am always up for trying something new. You can count on me to do research prior to the trip and come up with a list of places that I’d like to check out. Over the years, I have tried several restaurants in Bozeman, Montana and I have come up with a list of my favorite restaurants that you just have to try during your visit.

Chef Luis Valdovinos of Last Call Modern Mexican

  • Farmer’s Daughters Cafe - If you are looking for a healthy option for breakfast or lunch, stop in to the Farmer’s Daughters Cafe. This family owned restaurant has a menu that is great for all dietary needs and you will love how the restaurant is decorated. Grab a seat by the fire place if it’s a little chilly outside.

  • Jam! - This is a great spot for brunch. I had the breakfast burrito and highly recommend it! Don’t forget about pairing your breakfast with a mimosa too!

  • Last Call Modern Mexican - You know I love Mexican food and I was thrilled when my sister made reservations at Last Call during my recent visit. The menu is full of familiar dishes with a modern twist. The salsas, guacamole and chips are a must to get your meal started. It was hard to make a decision, but I went with tacos. The veggie and fish tacos were top notch. Chef Luis Valdovinos has created a great ambiance and it will be hard to leave once you finished your meal.

  • Map Brewing - The brewery scene has exploded in Montana and a great spot to check out local brews is Map Brewing. My favorite Map beers are the Midas Crush and the Swifty Session Pale Ale. The Swifty is seasonal, so visit soon so you can try it! The food, beer and views are all worth the visit!

  • Revelry - Make reservations for lunch or dinner at Revelry. The restaurant has delicious quality food that is set in a great environment. Make sure to ask about the daily soup offerings. I highly recommend a cup of soup with an entree. Everything from the service to the decor, you’ll be sure to love!

  • Ted’s - An old favorite restaurant of mine, which is owned by Ted Turner. The bison burgers are delicious! I am a true fan of a restaurant that has down a great job with the classics and that you can always count on a good meal.

Do what you can to visit these restaurants and let me know what you thought of each stop.
